It goes without saying that losing weight is all about exercise, exercise, exercise.

Without exercise, you are wasting a lot of time, unless you have opted for surgery, in which case, you might still be needing that exercise later on down the line.

They realize, or have been told, that as they age, fat and other stuffs begin to pile up in their bodies that they need to burn up.
